Description
Littmann ruler to read ECG is a card used in the medical field to read, analyze and interpret electrocardiographic records.
Its practical and functional design allows healthcare professionals to perform precise measurements and efficiently determine the characteristics of cardiac tracings.
This rule card is made of a resistant and transparent material, generally plastic, with different scales and measurements engraved on its surface. These scales include heart rate, interval duration, wave height, and other relevant parameters for electrocardiogram analysis.
When using the ruler card to read electrocardiograms, the physician or electrocardiographer places the card directly on the printed recording.
Thanks to the scales engraved on the card, different aspects of the layout can be accurately measured, such as:
Duration of PR, QRS, and QT intervals
Height of the P, QRS and T waves.
