Instrumental Freer-type periosteum indicated in intraoral surgeries. It has a solid metallic material handle, rounded flat ends with bending tips, therefore making this instrument ideal for surgical practices.

It is used to separate the gum from the tooth and the periosteum from the bone, obtaining a good mucoperiosteal flap.
