Placing orders

To place your orders you can use any of the following methods:

  • Using our website, you can place orders at any time, 7 days a week.
  • By sending an email to Estudiantes@yoestudiosalud.es.
  • By WhatsApp at +34 678 05 76 50
  • By telephone at +34 963 01 50 25 from 9:30 – 14:00 and 15:30 – 20:00 from Monday to Friday
  • In person in our physical store from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday.

Regardless of the route you choose, we will always be ready to offer you the best attention and fast service.

If you don’t get what you’re looking for

If you are looking for a product that you cannot find on our website, please contact us by e-mail at Estudiantes@yoestudiosalud.es or by phone. We will try to have it for you in the shortest time possible. Always remember our motto: WHATEVER YOU NEED! we take it very seriously.

Payment Methods

Payments may be made by any of the following methods:

  • VISA or MASTERCARD credit cards
  • American Express credit cards with a surcharge of 2.6% of the total bill.
  • Via paypal
  • Cash on delivery with an additional surcharge of 3% of the total invoice
  • Wire transfer. (The shipment will be made once the transfer is received)
  • Direct payment in our physical store.

Transport

For web, email or telephone orders, deliveries are normally made between 24 and 48 hours if your order is completed before 2:00 p.m. Shipping is free for orders over €50 (before VAT), except for the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, which have a special regime (please consult via e-mail at info@yoestudiosalud.es).

Orders can also be picked up at the premises.

If your package has not been delivered after 48 hours, please contact us so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Upon receiving your package

When you receive your package check that:

  • The number of packages delivered by the carrier matches the documentation that the carrier gives you for your signature.
    The packages are not opened or broken, if this is the case, do not accept the packages and contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
  • Once you open the package, count the number of products and make sure they match the delivery note or invoice.
  • Please inform us as soon as possible of any discrepancies.
  • You have 15 days for any claim, exchange or return.
  • It is essential that the package is in good condition at the time of a claim, exchange or return.
  • Proof of purchase must be attached to the package.
