To place your orders you can use any of the following ways:

  1. Using our website, you can make orders at any time 7 days a week.
  2. Sending an email to students@yoestudiosalud.es.
  3. By phone at +34 963 01 50 25 between 9:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Monday to Friday
  4. Personally in our physical store between 9:30 am – 2:00 pm and 3:30 pm – 8:00 pm, Monday to Friday

Regardless of the route you choose, we will always be ready to offer you the best care and prompt service.

If you don’t get what you are looking for

If you are looking for a product that you cannot find on our website, please contact us by e-mail at students@yoestudiosalud.es or contact us by phone, we will try to have it for you in the shortest possible time, always remember our motto: WHATEVER YOU NEED! we take it very seriously.

Payment Methods

Los pagos podrán realizarse por cualquiera de las siguientes vías:

  • VISA or MASTERCARD credit cards
  • American Express credit cards with a surcharge of 2.6% of the total invoice.
  • Via paypal
  • Cash on delivery with an additional surcharge of 3% of the total invoice
  • Wire transfer. (The shipment will be made once the transfer is received)
  • Direct payment in our physical store.

For web, e-mail or telephone orders, deliveries are usually made between 24 and 48 hours if your order is completed before 14:00. Shipping costs are free for orders over € 50 (before VAT), except for the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla that have a special regime (please consult via email at info@yoestudiosalud.es).

Orders can also be picked up locally.

Upon receiving your package

When you receive your package check that:

  • The number of packages delivered by the carrier coincides with the documentation that the carrier provides for signature.
  • The packages are not open or broken, if this is the case do not accept the packages and contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
  • Once you open the package count the number of products and make sure they match the delivery note or invoice.
  • Please inform us as soon as possible of any discrepancy.
  • You have 15 days for any claim, change or refund.
  • It is essential that the package is in good condition at the time of a claim, change or return.
  • Proof of purchase must be attached to the package.
